I work with early career marketers, recent career switchers and first marketing managers in the business, reporting to the founders.
Many don't have any marketing management leadership to learn from, either because they report to the CEO, or they are the only marketing manager in the business. Having a leadership coach drastically accelerates their learning. It has multiplicative effect on the quality of their work with their teams and outcomes for the business.

I also partner very closely with the marketing lead's manager, typically the VP Marketing or CEO, to be an extension of their development plan. After each session the manager receives a summary of the topics covered, resources shared and suggested actions to help the coachee develop.
